Taco Bell: Kit-Kat Quesadilla Testing in US

Taco Bell offers a similar chocolate quesadilla called the "Chocodilla" in several countries overseas.

Over the years we have seen plenty of changes to the menu at Taco Bell. They cost $1 each.

Taco Bell has a history of digestion-bending mash-ups, such as a burrito packed with Fritos corn chips, the late-lamented "Naked Chicken Chalupa" and, apparently also baring it all, the "Naked Egg Taco". A Twix version of the Chocoladilla is being offered at some locations instead of the Kit Kat version. According to a company spokesperson, the product is testing in select restaurants in Wisconsin for a limited time.

The annals of fast food promotional product history is littered with weird edibles, from the McRib sandwich to Starbucks' Unicorn Frappucino, but the Chocoladilla is singularly simple and even lazy, which might make it disturbingly brilliant. In fact, they were selling a Kit Kat Chocodilla in the United Kingdom around this time past year. I've had crepes with Nutella, so a wrapped up Kit Kat is really not that different.
