They then performed together, dancing on top of taxis, at the closing ceremony, in London, of the 2012 Olympics.

It also helps that Beckham shared another photo with the rest of the girls and their longtime former manager Simon Fuller.

We know it's been rumoured since the dawn of time (well, 2012) - but Victoria Beckham may have finally agreed to a long-awaited Spice Girls reunion.

Posh Spice, Victoria, has chose to complete the line-up, which will see them all pocket £10million each, on the condition that she does not have to sing.

The Spice Girls were to reunite in the past but Victoria pulled out, followed by Mel.

There were more rumours past year that the group would re-form without Victoria, but Mel C was dismissive of the idea.

The group won't be doing any tours, but they're reportedly considering TV projects in China, a TV talent show, endorsement deals and a greatest hits compilation album, according to The Sun.

At least a couple of the singers remain keen though, as Geri said last October: "I really pushed to get everyone back together". The tabloid press runs with it. Melanie Brown and Emma Bunton make encouraging sounds.

A source had told The Sun: "This is the pop reunion no one thought would ever happen again. So many kisses! X Exciting x #friendshipneverends #girlpower", so yes, we are SCREAMING with joy and nostalgia. Needless to say, her followers flooded the photo with ecstatic comments ranging from "Oh gosh!"

"And getting Victoria to agree has been a coup for everyone involved, given she has always been the person holding back on a reunion". Beckham only agreed to the new projects on the account that she doesn't have to sing.

Beckham along with Melanie Brown, Melanie Chisholm, Emma Bunton and Geri Horner will get £10 million each for the new projects. Geri, 45, is a mum of two, with her youngest just turned one.
