John Cena Vs Shinsuke Nakamura At WWE Fastlane 2018?

Now there are rumors that another WWE legend could be set to face off with Cena. Even Reigns hasn't been protected like Strowman, who pinned five men in the Elimination Chamber match and has "future WWE Champion" written all over him. He brought up the Fatal 5-Way WWE championship main event for Fastlane and proclaimed he wants in on the bout for AJ Styles' title. There is talk that Mysterio's opponent at WrestleMania is now scheduled to be John Cena, who is in need of a challenger. That's the question wrestling fans are asking each other today after rumours emerged courtesy of Justin Barrasso of Sports Illustrated that Rey Mysterio is in line to face Cena in April.

If you watched Raw this week you'll know that moments after Cena called out The Undertaker he revealed that the dream match is "impossible" and that he has been told it can not happen. Per the stipulation, the WWE Fastlane main event will now be a Six-Pack Challenge with AJ defending against Cena, Kevin Owens, Sami Zayn, Dolph Ziggler and Baron Corbin.

Mysterio is claimed to have met with WWE chiefs backstage at Smackdown last night in Los Angeles.

No official announcement has been made about Taker's status - and fans have been left scratching their heads.

Mysterio had returned to is 43 years old and hasn't made a WWE appearance since 2015.

Having been missing for several weeks, this year's Royal Rumble victor Shinsuke Nakamura was back and better than ever.

According to wrestling site PWInsider, "while Mysterio and WWE are indeed gearing up their talks, we have been told by several sources that Mysterio was not actually in LA last night".

COULD The Undertaker be about to make a stunning return to WrestleMania to fight John Cena?

The showdown between the veterans would be one of the all-time dream matches.

Maybe it's only a matter of time before Cena calls out The Undertaker, who seemingly retired when he lost to Reigns in the main event of WrestleMania 33. Not only because they want to change Cena from being portrayed as a babyface, which he has done for over a decade but also because he was such a great heel back in the day.
