The Octa-COre processor comes with an inbuilt AI-Processing capability and an 18-core GPU which could make the manufacturer to integrate many features on the smartphones, and we could anticipate some Augmented/Mixed Reality feature on the device.

Under the hood, OnePlus 6 will have the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 chipset, paired with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage. But that's the situation we find ourselves in today, as a set of specs for the OnePlus 6 have leaked, setting expectations for the device that will probably debut before summer.

All in all, OnePlus fans in North America may have to wait for about three months before being able to purchase one of the company's smartphones again - we mean purchase it directly from OnePlus, not via third party sellers, which can now import the OnePlus 5T, but won't offer warranty for it. Elsewhere, the OnePlus 5T also supports a face unlock feature akin to the iPhone X without deploying additional tech. The OnePlus 6 will likely be based on the Oppo R15, going by the design cues the two companies have followed in the past.

OnePlus 6 might inherit iPhone X's notch at the top of the display which will house the front camera and other sensors.

What's also interesting is the new design language OnePlus plans on implementing in their new high-end device. So, the OnePlus 6 might come with a 16MP primary camera with a 20MP secondary sensor and both the sensors will come with f/1.7 aperture. The phone in question would further run Android 8.1 Oreo-based OxygenOS and backed by a 3,450mAh battery with preferably OnePlus' Dash charging tech on-board.

Techslize spotted the leaked image, which gives away quite a lot of details about the OnePlus 6. Fingerprint sensor will be on the back. The OnePlus 5T was launched with a price tag of $499 and was the choice of budget smartphone buyers who were seeking for some powerful devices at a catchy price range.
