Late on Sunday, Salah posted a photo revealing he's already back in training, giving fans hope that he will not be missing any World Cup games.

Salah, the Premier League's top scorer, nearly singlehandedly led Egypt to its first World Cup since 1990.

Meanwhile, Egypt's national team have claimed that Salah is on course to be fit in time for the World Cup.

Speaking after Croatia's friendly defeat to Brazil at Anfield, Lovren has hailed Salah's ability to perform at the highest level even when not at peak fitness.
