Tekashi69 was hospitalized early Sunday morning after he was kidnapped, pistol-whipped and robbed in NY.

According to reports in TMZ, the rapper was apparently working on a music video in Brooklyn at some point on Saturday, and around 4:00 a.m., he returned home after the shoot. When he got to his house a source close to Tekashi said another auto immediately blocked him in his driveway. Once 6ix9ine regained consciousness, the men demanded money and jewelry or else they threatened to kill him.

After they found their way inside, the gunmen took around $750k worth of jewelry and around $20k in cash, the outlet reported.

His daughter and the child's mother are said to have been in the house at the time of the robbery but remained unharmed.

That's when three hooded gunmen pistol-whipped Tekashi, knocking him unconscious.

The criminals eventually made their way into Tek's crib taking almost $1 million in jewelry and cash with his family inside. Eventually, he was able to free himself by opening one of the doors in the back and jumping out. One of the gunmen began chasing him, but stopped because he was afraid he would be identified. Takashi then jumped into a stranger's vehicle on the road and asked for help.

The gunman drove away with Hernandez still in the back auto, sources tell TMZ, but he was able to jump out and run away.

It wasn't long after Tekashi got out of the vehicle that an ambulance came and took him to the hospital where they performed various tests, including a CT scan.

Various tests, including CT scans, are being performed, according to TMZ.

The near-death attack went down just hours after Tek released his new Nicki Minaj-featured "FeFe" single.
