Demi Lovato 'Agrees To Enter Rehab' From Hospital

The 25-year-old singer has been hospitalized for over a week following her apparent overdose and she has agreed to go to rehab once she is better, according to TMZ.

Demi will go straight from Cedars-Sinai hospital in Los Angeles to the facility. It's now reportedly seeking help at a rehab center and addressing her sobriety issues head on!

Lovato, who had reportedly been found unconscious in her room after a night of partying in celebration of a backup dancer's birthday, was not breathing when the assistant found her, and her pillow reportedly had blood on it, a sign of hemorrhaging. When EMTs arrived they gave her Narcan, which reverses the effects of an opioid overdose. Sources told TMZ that Lovato's family spoke with her about checking into treatment after she started feeling better, and she is consenting. "The bodyguard administered some sort of first aid to keep Demi alive before paramedics arrived".

The pop star is now in the hospital, recovering from a drug overdose she suffered last week, and subsequent complications. "He held her hand for hours in the hospital as he, her family, and team helped convince her to make the safe decision to seek further professional treatment at rehab instead of going back to work. This is not anything that can be forced", a source tells People.
