Samsung also accidentally (accidentally?) posted the Note9 launch video to YouTube early, which does the usual slow pans over a phone render, revealing the device from all angles.

Samsung has already announced that it will be unveiling the Galaxy Note 9 on August 9 in NY.

The video gives us a few looks at a blue Galaxy Note 9 and a yellow S Pen, and it looks increasingly likely that that's a combo that Samsung is actually going to sell, which is pretty cool if you ask us. The 512GB variant has been listed with price RM5099, which in Indian rupees should equal to close to Rs 86,000.

One of the more interesting confirmations of the leak is that Samsung plans to ship the phablet with 512GB of internal storage and the ability to utilise up to 512GB of expandable storage, making it the first consumer smartphone to breach 1TB. It tells viewers that the phone is not just powerful but "super powerful". We don't usually report on unconfirmed rumours, but it is said that the phone might come with a 4000mAh battery, which represents a 21% increase over the Note 8's 3300mAh capacity. In the video, though not mentioned explicitly, we could see a 512GB microSD card being inserted.

DJ Koh was seen using the Galaxy Note 9 in a photograph from a media event. If your phone has a heart rate monitor, which is basically any Samsung flagship from the Galaxy S5 onwards, it can take advantage of that, too.

When will the Galaxy Note 9 be released?

Beyond this concrete information on what the phone will offer is not yet available, but we expect some improvements in the camera as well as the obligatory speed improvement over last year's Galaxy Note 8. Samsung is also reportedly working on a dual charging wireless pad that it may launch alongside the Galaxy Note 9.
