Prominent CS:GO YouTuber, McSkillet, reportedly died in vehicle crash

A 43-year-old San Diego woman and her 12-year-old daughter, who were travelling in the Hyundai SUV, died in the incident, the Medical Examiner's Office said Friday.

Trevor Heitmann, 18, was driving a black McLaren 650S in the wrong direction Thursday on Interstate 805 in the Miramar area when it crashed head-on with an SUV in San Diego County, according to Officer Jake Sanchez, a spokesman for the California Highway Patrol. McSkillet is best known for his YouTube channel and for his work involving the video game Counter Strike: Global Offensive.

Following the ban he had not uploaded a YouTube video in over five months, and reports suggest that his income had been hit.

A number of other cars were also involved in the crash, which happened at about 16:30 local time (23:30 GMT).

In a YouTube video late past year, Heitmann had showcased his black McLaren 650s sports vehicle - the same make and model of the auto that caused the accident.

Witness Mariwan Hama told the Los Angeles Times: "People were running around ... and someone was on the ground".

While news of a crash in the San Diego have been confirmed, it is still not clear if McSkillet was involved, however, Twitter users claiming to be friends with McSkillet have been tweeting about his death. "Unconditional support." Pizarro's boyfriend called her "an incredibly bright and lovely person" who could "raise three kids and put herself through school to get her masters-by herself-just to give them the best she can give them".

Aileen Pizarro, 43, and her daughter Aryana Pizarro, 12, were killed instantly when he collided with their vehicle.

Air Force reservist Dominic Pizarro, 22, described his reaction to losing his mother and sister. "There's points where - at the beginning - I hit the front of my vehicle, I was crying, I had tears".

He started a GoFundMe to aid in funeral costs.

Thirty minutes before the crash, Heitmann crashed thrugh the gates of a Carmel Valley elementary school, the station reported. On Thursday afternoon, police rushed to his home on Sea Knoll Court after his father called to report Heitmann speeding away after he hit another family vehicle.
